Eventually, I've come up with a decision: I'll attend the culinary school first :) It's just 14 lessons (two months course), so it won't take so long time and I can enroll to university as well. Here is the programme of their course (at Pepe Verde's academy):
- teory and practice
- techniques and edibles choice
- menu building and food blends
- final certificate for attending the course
I'm glad I've chosen in time, because it's almost deadline for enrollments. ;)
