University enrollments have started already, and I'm still here, undecided. I know I wish to go to a culinary school, but I'd also like to attend to university later... I talked to my parents earlier, and they told me that if I wish to attend to a school for cooks before enrolling a university course, they're perfectly fine with it. It's just that I'm still checking the pros and cons of doing this school first... For instance, I won't be able to get a degree sooner and I'll have to wait in case I choose to switch careers. At the same time, since I'm really hooked on cooking techniques, attending to a specific course in this field shall allow me to find a quick job in restaurants or pubs.
So you see, it's a tough choice to make, and I hope I'm going to choose wisely. Youth time doesn't come back, alas. :(
